Kung Fu Fishing - Surfboardfishing 030320
I had to disarm someone threatening to shoot me, a few times. I came in close and tied them up in knots. They tried to bite me, or kiss me, but I would not let go, til it was safe. The same goes with surfboard fishing, only my weapons are many: board, fishing pole, net, leash, fishing lures, pliers, my hands, feet, teeth, brain.....well, you get the picture. An unseen enemy is the most dangerous, but once they are seen, it becomes a level playing field, and my best instruments are at hand, and feet, and teeth, and brain. No shark scares me, except those in deep water. It is like an animal that goes to its back during a fight, and the shallow sea floor actually becomes my shield, but near the kelp, I have no such protection. Must be on guard. Must have weapons ready at all times.
